I looked into alot of companies when looking for Care Work and thought Sentinel looked like a really good company.
I have been working here a few months now and am loving it.

I’ve just attended orientation and was pleased to see both the Managing Director and registered manager taking part, very unusual, says a lot to me about how the company works I was very impressed

I found everyone really eager to help me settle in and I am enjoying working again

My Mother has advanced dementia and I was really worried that things would get missed, but I needn’t have worried Sentinel made sure mom was well cared for and kept me involved all the time. I can’t thank them enough

I am enjoying the training which is helping me do my job better, I never got this at my last job
