What does the service actually do?

A typical example is a person with memory loss or care assistance and who wants to go to the doctors. We will accompany them to the doctors assist with personal care, listen to what the doctor says and take the person home ensuring they are moved and handled in line with set Care Standards.

Should it be required we will then call the family and report on what has happened and document it on an app for the family to read. We would ensure the individual is comfortable and safe in their armchair – even making them a cup of tea to round things off.

What training do the staff have?

The unique element of Liberty Belles is that it is under the umbrella of Sentinel Care Services, so our staff are all professionally trained and reference and police checked carers. We hope that will give people the confidence that they are in safe, professional hands.

What can I use this service for?

Providing you need care support or are in receipt of care you can book this service for most things that you require, below are a few examples. However, please be aware we are not a taxi or private hire vehicle company and we will need to satisfy ourselves that you are in need of care assitance before a booking can be confirmed..

How do I book this service?

There are a number of different ways to book, you can visit our website and use the book now button, you will also have to choose some login credentials. This will enable you to request a time but you must register an account which includes a care assessment of your care needs which is a mandatory requirement of the service.

Please note, we do not offer a Private Vehicle Hire service the service is for isolated individuals who need care assistance to be able to become social included.

Once your account is set up all you have to do is log in each time you need us and book the date and time.

If its easier you can also call us on 01952 219919 to set up an account with us and we will do this for you. All you have to do then is call us to book each time you require the service.
