Adult social care is a growing sector which offers a range of rewarding opportunities, with many different jobs, and lots of scope for progression. If you’re new to adult social care, then an Apprenticeship is one of the best ways to get into the sector, ask us for details.
As a care giver often called a support worker your role will be to support individuals to live as independently as possible, often following illness. Your duties vary depending on the needs and wishes of the individual but typically you offer support for the individuals overall comfort and wellbeing and help people who need care and support to live as independently as possible.
