Jo takes award

We are proud of the hard work and dedication of our staff here at Sentinel and it is always a privilege to recognise their efforts through our quarterly awards.

The awards are very special, they are presented after we have collated all the comments and feedback we get from our customers. So, in effect, are presented by the people that really matter, our customers.

Providing the best care for our customers is the top priority of our staff and our company so it is fitting that they should have the greater say when it comes time to our quarterly awards.

This month we say congratulations to Jo Rowley who has won our Carer of the Quarter Sentinel Star Award for April to June. Two other carers received special mentions, Morgan Trow and Emma Smith were commended for their dedication and commitment.

Our managing director Steve Harris paid his tribute to the winners and all the other members of staff whose dedication and care play such a vital role in the continued success of our company.

Steve said: “The quarterly awards allow us to pay tribute to those staff who go above and beyond what is normally expected. They are important to Sentinel, highly regarded by our staff and are judged according to feedback from customers, so are all the more desirable.

“Congratulations go to our Carer of the Quarter Jo Rowley. Jo has only worked for Sentinel since April but has already made a great impression with her colleagues and customers.

“She works in the Kinver and Wombourne areas for the company and we have received a lot of positive comments about her from her customers. She has quickly become a popular member of the team and has demonstrated such amazing dedication to the role. She is a truly deserved winner.

“Morgan Trow and Emma Smith got a special mention. Morgan, from Wombourne, has been with us for about a year and has always been a valuable member of the team. Emma works in Telford and has only worked with us since June 5 – another of our amazing staff who has made an immediate impact. She is already fast becoming a true professional.”
