Awards for our Lindas!

We are delighted to announce Linda Fletcher as our Carer of the Quarter.

Linda, from Codsall, only joined us six months ago and has proved to be a valued team member who always puts customers and their families first.

Our managing director Steve Harris said: “Linda’s work ethic is brilliant, she helps out as much as she can when covering calls and never complains.

“She just gets on with whatever needs doing and is happy to help. She always puts the customer first and that is what we are all about.

“Linda communicates really well with the office and her team to ensure the smooth running of her day-to-day tasks. She plans her time well and is appreciated by both her team members and staff at head office.

“Customers say she always has a smile on her face and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is a joy to work with and delightful in the way she looks after our customers – which is, after all, what we are all about.

“Linda has only been with Sentinel for six months and we are delighted to have her. She has taken to her carer role superbly, is a valued member of her team and goes above and beyond what is expected of her.

“She regularly exceeds what is asked of her and we are pleased to name Linda as Sentinel Carer of the Quarter.

“I would like to give a special mention to Kay Johnson and Francesca Broom, both from Telford, who came joint second – missing out to Linda by just one vote.

“Also at our recent ceremony, Telford carer Linda Frost received an award for 10 years service with Sentinel.

“Linda is a dedicated member of the team and always puts the clients first. She never lets us down and always helps out wherever and with whatever she can. She is always helpful and friendly with new staff. An inspiration to those working at Sentinel.

“The role our carers play in the continued success of the company cannot be underestimated. Their devotion, compassion and understanding in caring for our customers is first rate and I would like to thank them all for the continued efforts.”
